I like it for the most part but it gave me a whole 28 day plan I don't like...I can't skip it or delete it and start over so now I'm just stuck with app I can't use. It would be great if you could pick the amount of time you want to spend working out (10 min+ would be great). And the ability to reject a plan or exercises from a plan (or replace with a different exercise) would be so much more helpful.

I enjoy the exercises. There are a few I can't do but the instructions do give ways to modify the exercise and to pause and I think, as I continue, I may be able to achieve them. I have already lost 5 more pounds between intermittent fasting, treadmill, and these exercises daily. On day 13. I really like the individual descriptions of the exercise. Thank you for the app! If you put the work into it, it's worth it.

***NOT for all fitness levels!*** I also don't recommend this app for anyone with mobility issues. Just use the exercises that show up on the ad and skip the rest. I have MS & my doctors say I'm in pretty good shape, but more exercise is always good. I saw the ads for "Lazy Girl" workouts, which all looked good for me, but all the exercises require a level of mobility I don't have.
